A team dedicated to early childhood
Honeycomb is a bilingual Italian-English centre for children aged 0 to 6 in Muzzano, near Lugano. We look for people who believe in a gentle, bilingual and scientifically grounded education.
Who we look for
The people we work with
A multidisciplinary team works around the nursery and kindergarten sections. We welcome open applications for the roles that make up our 0–6 centre.
Early years educators
For the nursery groups, Little Bees (0–12 months), Happy Bees (12–24 months) and Busy Bees (24–36 months), with slow routines and stable reference figures.
Kindergarten teachers
For the Bumble Bees, children aged 3 to 6, with realistic language goals for each age.
Native Italian and English speakers
At Honeycomb each educator speaks only their mother tongue: tell us yours in your application.
Early childhood specialists
Neuro-psychomotricity, speech therapy, sleep and bilingualism, for regular observations and meetings with families.
